 yeah I used Photoshop CS3 for this and I custom made the brushes to paint the hair and clouds, a lil bit of the splashes of water too.Hmm not sure why the link doesnt work tho well just go to the imagine FX forum page / Art Challenges and its the May Challenge! -- "Imagination is more important than knowledge.  I love the background with the clouds, and love the reflections on the water! This is a very lovely piece, lots of movement and drama
